The police estate, including police stations and other operational buildings across Devon and Cornwall, is owned by the Police and Crime Commissioner (PCC) on behalf of the public.
Responsibility for overseeing the management of the estate sits with the Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner (OPCC) Treasurer, who provides strategic oversight of the estates function, ensuring property assets are managed effectively, efficiently and in line with legal and financial requirements.
Police enquiry offices
Since 2016, the Police and Crime Commissioner has reopened 17 police station front desks. This brings the total number open to the public to 24. There are plans to reopen Exmouth Police Station front desk in the future.
