The Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner is an organisation which is separate from Devon & Cornwall Police.
We are unable to take crime reports, get involved with operational policing, or take complaints against the police.
We can help if you want to appeal a decision on a complaint against police. Find out more here.
To report a crime call 999 in an emergency. If it’s not an emergency call 101 or visit Devon & Cornwall Police’s website to report online. You can also download the Police.UK smartphone app from the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play (Android).
If you want to make a complaint against the police, please email professional.standards@devonandcornwall.pnn.police.uk or call 01392 225674. You can also make a report via 101.
For more information about making a complaint, and how we can help if you are unhappy with the outcome of your complaint, please see our complaints and compliments page.
