The Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner is an organisation which is separate from Devon & Cornwall Police.

If you would like to contact the office, please use the online contact form below.

We can help you with the following enquiries:

  • Updates on correspondence with the Commissioner’s office
  • Freedom of information requests relating to the Commissioner’s office
  • Complaints against the Commissioner or a member of staff at her office
  • An appeal against the outcome of a police complaint 
  • A request for event attendance by the Commissioner or her deputy
  • To suggest an area of scrutiny
We will make every effort to reply to you as quickly and efficiently as possible, no later than 20 days after you get in touch.

Please note, we do not have access to police systems and are unable to:

  • Take crime reports

  • Take complaints against the police
  • Get involved with operational policing

To report a crime call 999 in an emergency. If it’s not an emergency call 101 or visit Devon & Cornwall Police’s website to report online. You can also download the Police.UK smartphone app from the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play (Android).

If you want to make a complaint against the police, please email professional.standards@devonandcornwall.pnn.police.uk or call 01392 225674. You can also make a report via 101.
