Within the Strategic Action Plan 2026-2027, there is an Emerging Priorities budget. This funding is available for applications aims to enable local organisations to address urgent community safety needs. Organisations can apply for funding by completing the application form by clicking the button below.
The application form must be fully completed so that it can be reviewed by the Commissioning Team against the eligibility criteria. If the application meets the criteria, then it will be submitted to the Quarterly Strategic Commissioning and Finance Board for decision making. The next meeting of the Board is due to be held on 6 October and therefore the closing date for applications is 25 September 2026. After this date, requests for funding will be considered as part of the annual budgeting process.
