The Commissioner produces a series of annual documents which set out financial arrangements and matters for policing in Devon, Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly, including:
Medium Term Financial Strategy: five-year plan that aligns financial resources with strategic objectives, balancing income, expenditure, and investment to ensure sustainable financial stability. This document is produced annually and is accompanied by a Capital Strategy, a Reserves Strategy and a Treasury Management Strategy.
Strategic Investment Plan/Commissioning Intentions Plan: identifying the grants and commissioned services being put in place by the Commissioner to support the delivery of the police and crime plan and to deliver services to support victims of crime.
Budget and Precept Information: links to the formal budget and precept reports submitted to the Police and Crime Panel in accordance with the statutory role of the Police and Crime Panel and annual leaflets outlining how the precept is spent.
